Sugar River Paddle

Saturday, May 11, 2019 (Rescheduled due to weather from April 27, 2019)

11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

 

Enjoy the Sugar River on a guided paddle trip with former Groundswell Conservancy Board President, Willi Van Haren. You'll learn about the conservation projects in the area while enjoying an easy, calm paddle great for beginners through the Albany Wildlife Area. 

This trip will be subject to weather and water conditions. Registered attendees will receive an email update with any changes. Sadly this event was canceled even after rescheduling to April 27, 2019. There may be another chance to take the trip in the Fall of 2019. 

Where: County Road C, Attica WI 

What to Bring: Dress for the weather. You will need to bring your own canoe or kayak and other equipment needed for a 3 hour long paddle. 

When: 11:00 - Drop of equipment and shuttle car to take out location; 11:30 to 2:30 - Three hour paddle along the Sugar River; 2:30 to 3:00 - Enjoy refreshments.
